Very clean. Lots of utensils, crockery, kitchen-wear available. The egg seat outside is very relaxing. Nice water views which is so calming and the setting is very quiet and peaceful.
Bed was a bit too soft for me (but I like a firm bed so if you like soft you'll be fine). No wall hook/nib/door stop for the front door and front fly screen which was a bit tricky getting suitcases in and out.

Good location for our purpose to attend an sporting tournament at Sunshine Stadium, shopping centre close by, quiet complex
Non smoking apartment but smelt like someone had been smoking in the apartment.
