About this house rental
Welcome to our beach house! This beautifully appointed home in a coveted Cowes location is just a six-minute walk to Cowes Beach, perfect for beach strolls and just a short walk to shops and restaurants. It sleeps 8 and features all conveniences, including a large outdoor patio area with a stainless steel BBQ for al fresco dining, a secure backyard, and undercover parking. Inside, there are four bedrooms, two living areas with heating and air conditioning, and a wood fire (perfect for snuggling up with a good book and a glass of red wine). And for those wanting a digital detox, we have a bookcase with over 200 books, and a selection of jigsaw puzzles and games to enjoy.

The property was perfect for our 4 night stay in Philip Island. This is a beautifully presented property, comfortable and nicely presented. Perfectly located in Cowes, walking distance to all amenities in this beautiful part of the world. Such a great holiday destination.

A beautifully presented and maintained specious home, which formed the perfect base for our family’s long holiday weekend on Phillip Island. We had excellent communication with Henri, our host, prior to our arrival……and were thrilled to discover when we arrived that his home was just as gorgeous as depicted in the listing, if not more so. Having two seperate living areas and two bathrooms worked so well for our family…… teenagers upstairs & adults downstairs! We loved the huge kitchen; the large light airy sunny main lounge room; the woodburner fireplace (a cosy fire on a winters evening was heavenly); and the little thoughtful touches, such as a coffee machine with coffee pods, wood for the fire, a brand new BBQ, board games, books and DVDs, and excellent heating and electric blankets. Thank you Henri - we loved staying in your home and really appreciated your helpful local recommendations, plus advice on walks and the best beaches. We highly recommend this property, and we can’t wait to return for another relaxing stay!

Thanks Henri for a great stay. The house was perfect for our holiday, hosting two families without us being on top of each other. The place is so light and spacious and true to the photo's. Henri was fantastic in providing local information regarding fun activities to do as well as local eateries to try. Would highly recommend this space.
