Summary:

Bettoney Vere, in its central Bray location, is a charming little terraced property which is far larger than you might initially think. Tucked behind it’s Tudor effect frontage and front garden is a spacious sitting room leading to an open plan kitchen dining area with a further sitting room with windows and access to the garden. There is also a utility room downstairs, a loo and additional garden access.



The Space:

Up the stairs is a large double bedroom suite with built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom – the king-sized bed can be converted to twin beds if preferred to give maximum flexibility. Two further double bedrooms on the first floor, one with fitted wardrobes and there is a fully tiled family bathroom with bath. Parking is available in a nearby street. A pretty, enclosed low maintenance garden with patio is perfect for the kids and pets. The neighbours are delightful and welcoming.



With all the essentials and spotlessly clean, you will find comfortable beds, lashings of hot water, whizzy wifi and a well-equipped kitchen.



Smarter Rent will ask for some additional guest details such as a copy of your ID & for you to sign a Smarter Rent Agreement (House Rules). This will be sent by a member of the team once your reservation has been confirmed, to make sure our service is what you expect. If you prefer water sports, Bray Lake is just a short trip away, providing excellent opportunities for windsurfing, kayaking, paddleboarding, and open water swimming. Culture seekers will love the historic Dorney Court and the Norden Farm Centre for the Arts, which hosts live performances, films, and workshops in a beautiful 18th-century setting. Windsor Racecourse is also just a few minutes away, offering a thrilling day out. Bray has a rich cinematic history as the home of Bray Studios, and you might even spot a film crew in town. For your daily needs, you will find Sainsbury, Tesco Express, and Waitrose all conveniently located in nearby Maidenhead.

Getting around is simple from our home in Bray. Maidenhead Station is located approximately 3 miles away, offering frequent rail services to London Paddington, Reading, and Oxford. You can also take advantage of the Elizabeth Line for direct, efficient travel into central London. For local travel, several bus stops are conveniently located in Bray and along the A308, with services provided by Thames Valley Buses and Arriva connecting you to Maidenhead, Windsor, and Slough. We offer free parking on the street for guests arriving by car.
