DIRECT RIVER VIEWS AND DOCK: This direct riverfront rental is the first floor apartment of a grand two story waterfront home and has its own private entrance and parking area. Enjoy amazing panoramic views of the Medway River from all windows and the back patio area. Bring your boat and dock at the private deep water dock on property. Within eye shot of the St Catherines Sound, this rental will be your gateway to great fishing and beachcombing on the barrier islands. Located right next door to the Sunbury Public Boat Ramp and about a mile from fuel at the Sunbury Crab Company Marina, this rental offers super conveniences for boaters. Park your boat trailer in the circle drive in front of the rental or in the public parking area at the boat ramp next door.
DEDICATED SPACE: The owners live upstairs of this home but have a completely separate entrance. Guests will only see them in passing as they depart the other section of the driveway. Guests will have complete privacy with this rental. Guests also have their own dedicated outdoor living space as well with the use of the entire patio downstairs. Drink a cup of coffee in the morning and watch the porpoises swim by. Walk out of the back door directly to the deep water dock for fishing and crabbing.
CENTRAL LOCATION IN COASTAL GA: Away from the hustle and bustle, this rental is centrally located between Savannah and the Golden Isles. Head north to the historic district of Savannah about 40 minutes away or the the beach at Tybee Island about 70 min away. Head south about 70 minutes to the beaches of St Simons Island and Jekyll Island. Enjoy dining at all the local seafood restaurants along the way. Speaking of seafood, this rental is within a 10 min walk to a local favorite called the Sunbury Crab Company Restaurant.
COMFORTABLE LAYOUT: This rental is perfect for 1 or 2 couples who want to explore the GA Coast. The unit has one large bedroom with a king bed and a fold out queen murphy bed in a cabinet in the large living room. There is plenty of room for the queen bed to be made up in the living room. Watch a movie on the 75 inch Smart TV from the leather couch that comfortably seats 4. There is also a 42 inch Smart TV in the bedroom. The full bathroom is located in the hallway. The kitchen is also fully stocked so guests can enjoy cooking and dining in during your stay. There is a new washer and dryer that is for guests to use during your stay.

We love to visit the Georgia coast so when the opportunity came for another trip, we were excited to see this amazing home pop up as an option. We came and stayed for a few days, we highly recommend this place! The property was gorgeous, the home was immaculate. The upstairs owners gave us complete privacy but also shared their homemade cookies and ice cream with us which were both amazing!

Last minute booking for 4th of July weekend turned out to be our best experience yet. The property is extremely nice and the owners are too. We brought our boat and had a fabulous time with no issues. The accommodations were super nice as well. Awesome views from the porch. We’ve stayed in numerous rentals and we rated this property and hosts as the best overall experience we’ve had.

We enjoyed our stay at Lighthouse. It is a gorgeous property and our rental space downstairs is private and nicely appointed. Loved the king bed! We also enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim by in the river while we enjoyed our coffee on the patio. Wish we had a boat as the rental has a nice dock. We hope to come back soon.
