You are just steps from the new "Ciclovia Riviera dei Fiori" bike path, recently opened and connecting Imperia to Sanremo along the coast. Bicycle rental is available for an additional fee. The apartment features a private terrace furnished for outdoor dining, with sun loungers—ideal for relaxing or for children to play safely. The property is equipped with air conditioning for both heating and cooling. The main beaches are only 300 meters away and can be reached on foot or by a free electric bus available during the summer season, depending on the services provided by the Municipality of Imperia. All year round, you can use the glass elevator free of charge, which connects directly to Borgo Marina. The beaches, both public and equipped, are perfect for families with children. Public transport is easily accessible on foot, as are a tennis court, paddle court, municipal swimming pool, and the cycle and pedestrian path. Nearby you will find shops of all kinds, a cinema, restaurants, two supermarkets, and the pedestrian Cascione street with its covered fruit and vegetable market and fish shop. Free and paid street parking is available, and about 250 meters from the property a paid garage may be available. Special breakfast options are available on request.
