Food, bar and restaurant were excellent, as were all the public spaces.
The bedroom was adequate , however the ensuite bathroom was disappointing
as it was a bit small and the fixtures need updating.

Room was cleaned every day. The staff were very helpful & friendly.
The breakfast was more than adequate for a vegan.
I would definitely stay here if I come to guernsey again.

The staff was exceptionally professional, helpful, and kind. Very nice facility with a lovely garden in the back and very comfortable common rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of variety. We ate several evening meals here and they were as good as any restaurant in the area. The Chef works very hard to optimize flavor and presentation. The location is almost adjacent to Victor Hugo‘s house. It was a warm day during our first evening and the hotel was able to supply us with a fan. If you’re a senior, the climb to the hotel can be tedious. Other than that, the location is good with quick access to the bus station. We really enjoyed this hotel!
