Excellent location for visiting a beautiful town. Great restaurants and pubs all around, just down the hill from the castle and uphill from the cathedral. Good sized room (for Europe) and functional bathroom. No breakfast provided but a refrigerator was available in the room.
This is an old property and the people/person above us walked very heavily. We were woken several times. There is not an appealing view from the window and the seating was cramped but we weren't in the room much.

it was central to everything
had booked single beds but got double beds we all like our own bed also it would be nice to be able to have cereal in morning and toast thought there would be facilities for that

Everything was perfect for a relaxing stay. It’s hard to find accommodation in the city without noise but Kilkenny suits had zero background noise. The jacuzzi was divine. There was extras for breakfast including bread milk cereal jams and tea and coffee. I will definitely return. I needed help with something and Kerri was at my disposal within minutes. The response time was excellent also.
It took me a little bit of time to find the correct door so I think a sign that’s a big more obvious would hrlp

Very comfy bed and pillows, excellent location close to all needed and could walk everywhere, coffee machine with pods, fridge. AC that functioned and blockout window blind.
Walk up 30 stairs with luggage to find basically just a double room, with a tiny fridge, kettle and coffee machine. Tiny hanging space for clothes, and limited options for putting belongings. There were glasses and cups with teaspoons but no other crockery or cutlery, so no ability for food prep.
The booking process has potential for confusion with microwave and hot tub mentioned (but for another room??).
