اعجبتنى لطافة الموظفين في الاستقبال وبالاخص الشخص الموجود في شفت الليل لا اذكر اسمه ولكنه عمل لي دخول مبكر الى الغرفه دون ان ياخذ مقابل مالي
المطعم كان من الممكن ان يكون رائحته جميله الصحون لديها رائحه كريهه اتمنى ان يتم تغيرها

نعم استمتعت بكل شي في الفندق
ماعدا المطعم الافطار كل يوم نفس الوجبات لايوجد لديهم تنوع في الافطار + والصحون قديمة جدا وغير نظيفة

1. Location was good - a 5 minute walk from Masjid An Nabawi.
2. Breakfast was very nice, lots of options.
1. When I requested for my room to be cleaned it was not done properly at all (bed wasn’t made properly, dirty dishes left out). One of the hand towels was dirty when we first checked in to the room.
2. The receptionist barely spoke English and had to pass the phone to someone else when I was requesting for my room to be cleaned at a certain time.
3. Value for money was not good - way too expensive for a 2 star hotel.
