gepflegte Wohnung in einer ruhigen,sauberen, gehobenen Wohngegend.
Keine Kleiderbügel und zu wenige Haken für etwas aufzuhängen! ( Platz wäre oben neben dem Feuerlöscher) steile Treppe( für ältere Leute erschwerlich ) Entfernung Ca. eine halbe Std zum Strand und zu einem kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt

Joli studio bien équipé et très propre dans un quartier calme.
On entend absolument tout ce qui passe dans le studio au-dessus (conversations, bruits de pas, couverts etc.). On a l'impression d'être dans la même pièce qu'eux. Une bonne isolation phonique est plus que nécessaire.
