First off, wecome drinks are handed to you upon checkin in at reception. Staff are very courteous. If you arrived early you can just wait at the Gazebo until it’s time to go to your room. Note: Villa’s are at the other side of the resort(Virgin Islands).. these are basically for backpackers and for those who are solo travellers or for couples. While you get a different kind of privacy with the rooms and the beach below, there is no room service there for it is out of reach from the resto. If you are going as a family(like we did) just book a garden view or sea view room.. add beds if needed. These are closer to the beach and the resto. Facilities range from conference room(there was a team building when we were there), pickle ball court, kayaks, paddle boards, floaties and those see-through canoes. Food is delicious and reasonably priced. An average wait time of 30-45 minutes to be expected. If you like to order in advance for, say lunch or dinner, you can probably do so. Just inform the staff at the Gazebo of your orders and at what time you want your food to be served so as to cut on wait times. The place is quiet during weekends especially on Saturday(live music at night as wel). Waters are clear as day and much cleaner compared to the city where beaches would be jam-packed(and lot’s of people urinating)😜. It is quite a long drive but if you don’t mind then why not. P.S. if you pay by card they have a surcharge of 3-3.5% on top of your bill so better to have cash-on-hand just in case.

I stayed at villa 1, for 1 night- right next to the white sand beach, the water a beach was so beautiful. I loved the complementary toiletries, shampoo conditioner, toilet paper and soap, and the villa was reasonably clean. I enjoyed the aesthetic. Had pizza and bbq from the restaurant- staff was friendly and the food was decent.

The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the aircon was very loud. I didn’t sleep much. But worth it for 1 night stay, for the ocean view and a swim.
