Overall the space was ok to a short stop in Rio before heading to Sao Paulo, but I would not recomended if you are stayi

We stayed just for 1 night, since it was close to the bus terminal, so we liked the location, we also like that it was a food price, it has laundry service, and that I could stayed working after check out for like 7 more hours we paid R30.00 additional

Honestly it was a ok property, for one night was good. But the place has like an abandoned vibe, most of the things in there look old and not in good shape. The room smell bad, and the sheets has marks of dirt, the bathroom also smell so much pf humidity, and in general the room has like a weird cat pee smell. It was good that I could stay more time in the property since I had to work for R30.00 more, but the internet was not speed wifi as advertised.

Not a fancy stay, but one you will remember as a highlight of your trip.

The staff were amazing. They were really helpful and kind with us. Location wise it was great, even though it is a bit of the beaten track. Santa Teresa is a fantastic neighbourhood with a great atmosphere and friendly people. It was fairly easy to get around the city(altough we took a lot of taxis) but the tram was also an option. On the second floor of the building down by the corner you can view Christ the redeemer, which was a nice surprise.

Great place to explore Rio from

Great location in Santa Teresa, perfect place to get to Christ the Redeemer early in the morning. And Santa Teresa itself is great, just be ready for some uphill walks! The pool was huge, seemed like a place for lots of locals and families so was always busy, which was great but something to consider.

No A/C in the room but a good fan that did make a bit of a difference.
