Prime location, right opposite the basilica! Well equipped apartment with a dryer. The remote control of the ceiling fan was briefly not connected to the fan. We mentioned it late one evening and it was fixed next morning.
A/C only in the living room, not in the bedrooms.

La ubicación. Está en un sitio ideal para moverse por todo el centro.
La ausencia de algún humano... las sábanas sin planchar, congelador sucio y el no poder acceder un poco antes de las 16h sin exceso de pago.

The location is great, right at the Plaza del Pilar.
Has washer AND dryer, which is a rare combo in Europe.
Has elevator as described.
TV is big and nice.
The AC is only in the living room, so the bedroom can be really hot during summer days as the air just can't reach there. It was REALLY HOT.
The facilities overall could use a little update.
There was barely any wall outlet to charge devices. The the charging was really really slow.
The toilet paper rack was broken.
Overall didn't feel super clean.
There was a coffee machine that used a specific type of brand but no coffee provided. The host said there should be, and if not, just go buy ourselves. I expected better for the price and in comparison with other apartments we have stayed in Spain.
These little things by themselves were not a huge deal, but they added up and made the stay uncomfortable. It just didn't really feel like the vibe and lightness the photos online show.
