Good quality comfortable surroundings nicely decorated/ maintained.
Lack of shower mat, hand towels, certainty better quality pillows. Would have been nice to have a personal fridge, even though the kitchen was well catered for.

It was clean and bright. It was difficult to find initially but there was someone at the end of the phone who helped us through and was v helpful.
The only place to sit was on the bed. I had to walk on the bed to get in. No bedside tables to put stuff on. The shower was a bit rickety and the WIFI didn’t work on the morning we left so no internet or TV.
It was also difficult to locate initially as we had not been sent arrival details.
