Excellent location, short walk to shopping area and the seaside
kitchen diner living room were spotless.
Twin beds very noisy when you moved, mattresses dipped. Bathroom towel brand new but the rest were dingy and past their sell by date. Bedding from previous occupants left in tumble drier. Instructions on how to use cooker would be useful along with internet password.

The location in Leigh is very convenient for shops, restaurants and the coast.
The entrance is a bit off putting but once you're in the flat it's fine.

Location was good for what I needed to do in Southend.
Not everything was as clean as I would have liked and the kitchen area is in need of some maintenance: drawer handles hanging off, lift up cupboard doors the didn't stay open making it difficult to put things away safely, a dishwasher with missing drawer runners and a microwave oven which has been installed above my eyeliner making it dangerous to take hot things out if it.
The internal doors were hard to shut because the door knobs have been fitted too close to the edge of the door and you hurt your hands on the door frame, they didn't stay shut very well either.
