The apartment was large, modern, spacious and very clean when we arrived. The outdoor space was great with a good view from the balcony and comfortable outdoor furniture. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The pool was fine and the beach was a short walk away which was very convenient. The SafeHost staff were very friendly, professional and did their best to resolve the problems we had - even kindly agreed to let us vacate the property later in the day as the apartment was not being rented out straight away. Very good overall, even though there were problems.
There were a couple of things which caused us problems.
- The first was that the lock box was jammed and would not open so we had to wait for over 20 minutes in the heat for a chap to arrive from SafeHost and open the box (brute strength required). We were grateful but hot and bothered. We left the key in the apartment on departure as still jammed when we left.
- He also checked and we had been given the wrong parking space number for our apartment. He could not have been happier to help us.
- Our refrigerator stopped working on Friday afternoon and as that was not a matter of life and death we waited until first thing on Monday to ask for SafeHost to send somebody to fix it for us. The same very helpful chap did what he could but it continued to be broken for the duration of our stay which meant a lot of our groceries had to be thrown out as they were not fit to eat having sat is a warm fridge for days. This was an issue in the heat.
- At time of booking, when the booking was confirmed a hefty "cleaning charge" was added to our invoice. What cleaning?
Nobody cleaned our apartment the whole time we were there. Can we please be reimbursed for this?

Erdvūs, jaukūs ir švarūs apartamentai. Kiekvienas miegamasis su savo san. mazgu. Parkingas iškart po namu, tas ypač konfortiška - įsėsti į vėsų automobilį.
Mažoka terasa. Paplūdimys arti, tačiau buvo su daug dumblių, todėl negalėjome maudytis. Kavinių, kurias pasiektume pėsčiomis, pasirinkimas nedidelis
