The views and proximity to town.
The third “bedroom” was actually a loft with low ceilings and open to the entire apartment (no privacy). Not a three bedroom property for adults or small children. Loft mattresses are uncomfortable and lumpy. There are two bathrooms but only one shower. Parking is tricky.

We loved our stay here and can highly recommend it. We slept so well as it was very quiet, the beds were very comfortable. The apartment has everything you need, the decor is very nice and the host super helpful with all our special requests.
You just need to be aware that the two beds upstairs are slightly shorter so they are best for kids from the age of 6 (the stairs are quite steep).
The Center of Moena was about 10 minutes walk down a hill. And many hiking routes are reachable by foot or car/bus.
If I am being very picky, the knives in the kitchen could have been a little sharper and we were missing a kitchen towel.

Fantastische locatie en uitzichten, dichtbij van allerlei outdoor activiteiten en een leuk en levendig dorpje Moena. Het appartement was voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt tijdens een vakantieverblijf, en maakte alles heel comfortabel. Weinig omgevingsgeluiden, waardoor het een perfecte uitvalsbasis is. De host (Luca) reageert heel snel op vragen en tips e.d., dat was heel fijn.
Niets. Ben alleen benieuwd hoe je 3 auto's op de aangegeven plekken kwijt kunt, maar we hadden het geluk dat er hooguit 2 waren. Oh ja, ben benieuwd of de attic daadwerkelijk gebruikt wordt om te slapen, toen wij er waren was het daar te warm (en staat in open verbinding met de rest van het appartement).
