La sig.ra Emilia è gentilissima e ci ha dato un sacco di informazioni utili al nostro arrivo.
La posizione è ottima come punto di appoggio per visitare le 5 terre, in quanto si trova a qualche minuto dalla stazione dei treni, che nell’arco di 20-25 minuti portano in tutti i paesini limitrofi (Riomaggiore - Manarola - Corniglia - Vernazza - Monterosso).
Ottima anche la vicinanza alla fermata del bus “P” e “11” che portano direttamente in 30 min a Portovenere.
Stanza molto carina, pulita e accogliente.

Nous avons apprécié le charme de ce bel immeuble ainsi que l’emplacement idéal du logement, à seulement 5 minutes à pied de la gare et une dizaine de minutes du centre-ville de La Spezia. L’accueil de notre hôte, italienne mais francophone, a été particulièrement chaleureux. Malgré notre arrivée tardive, elle s’est montrée très disponible et attentive.
L’agencement du logement pourrait être plus fonctionnel. La cuisine étant située après la chambre, il est nécessaire de traverser celle-ci pour y accéder, ce qui n’est pas très pratique au quotidien.

Decent room, clean linen. All worked well. The host was nice. The bisquits were tasty.
Despite a good location in the downtow, the proximity to the park with intense nightlife can hardly be considered an advantage although it was safe. The room was felt a bit smaller than expected.

Appartamento in ottima posizione per raggiungere la stazione e il centro. Appartamento molto spazioso e dotato di tutti i principali servizi.
Emilia è una host molto precisa e disponibile anche a dare consigli sulle zone limitrofe e principali attrazioni.
