If the pool is available for guests, and not being repaired, it is a great choice

Good location and great views

I was disappointed with my stay in Darwin, primarily because one of the main reasons I chose this property was the swimming pool facilities. Upon arrival, I discovered that the main swimming pool was undergoing major repairs and had apparently been out of service for some time, with works expected to continue for the foreseeable future. There was also a smaller pool on the property; however, it too was unavailable, having been closed for approximately three weeks due to the major works associated with the larger pool. As a result, no pool facilities were available during my stay. Had I been advised of this prior to my arrival, I may have reconsidered my booking or made alternative arrangements. As I specifically wanted to spend time relaxing by the pool during my stay in Darwin, it was extremely disappointing to find that neither pool was available. I would like to acknowledge Richard, the property agent, who was very helpful, accommodating, and an absolute gentleman throughout my stay. He did his best to assist with any concerns that arose and should be commended for his customer service. Unfortunately, there were also several maintenance issues within the unit that required reporting during my stay. While I do not need to detail these issues here, I believe that if a property is being offered for rent, it should be maintained in a good state of repair and presented accordingly. Overall, the lack of available pool facilities, combined with the maintenance concerns, significantly detracted from what was expected to be a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great apartment in excellent location

Great apartment with amazing views, comfortable beds, clean and tidy rooms and a fantastic location at Cullen Bay. Good cafes and restaurants all in 2 minute walking distance, with the city and main attractions all in easy driving. Plenty of parking available too.

Dishwasher wasn't working. Unfortunately secure parking was out of action and difficult at times to find close park on street.
