REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT: An amount equal to one-half (1/2) of one month’s rent ($2,550.00) shall be due as a refundable security deposit, pending post check-out inspection.

Cancellation Policy
Stays under 28 nights:
Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations 7–30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. Cancellations less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.

Stays of 28 nights or more:
Cancellations made 30 or more days before check-in receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in are responsible for up to 30 days of rent, or the remaining rent if fewer than 30 days remain.

Early Departure:
Leaving early does not automatically cancel the guest’s financial obligation. The guest remains responsible for up to 30 additional days of rent, subject to applicable law and the rental agreement.

Any refund outside this policy is at the landlord’s discretion or as required by applicable law or platform policy.
