Tiernaboul Heights is a large spacious detached property situated in a peaceful, tranquil location . Three of our four bedrooms offer mesmerizing views of Killarney’s lakes and mountains.
Our home provides the following-Ground Floor , entrance hall, two living rooms - the first is just off the main hall, an inviting, large, spacious living area, which displays magnificent beams, oil fired central heating and a homely, wood burning stove with Satellite TV.
Our second living room is a cosy room just off the kitchen. It has an open fire and oil fired central heating.
There is a spacious sunroom just off the kitchen where guests can enjoy our idyllic views from sunrise to sunset.
Well equipped kitchen with electric cooker, hob, dishwasher and utility room with washer, dryer and microwave .
Main bathroom is downstairs, it has a heated towel rail, luxurious jetted bath-tub, a shower and toilet.
Bedroom One is on the ground floor. It has a double bed,and a bathroom with a walk-in curbless shower. There are panoramic lake and mountain views from this bedroom which are a pleasure to wake up to.
Bedroom Two is on the ground floor, it has a double bed and is beside the main bathroom.
First floor :
Bedroom 3 : double bed, ensuite bathroom and magnificent lake views.
Bedroom 4 : double bed, ensuite bathroom and lake views.
There is a stairs in the property, care and attention is needed when using the stairs.
Our home is in the countryside so a car is needed for transport. Please note our local town provides excellent taxi services.
Our home, Tiernaboul Heights, is one of five homes in a private cul de sac.
Privacy is ensured with evergreen hedges.

Very clear instructions, excellent, clean, and spacious accommodations - with a great view out of the front. A great host and would definitely come back! It was an ideal location for our day trips to Dingle, Ring of Kerry, etc.

This was such a great home for our family to visit Killarney, can't recommend it enough for other families visiting.

This was the highlight for my 78 year old mother to experience as she had never been across the pond and was the only place she ever wanted to visit and be able to kiss the Blarney Stone. I arranged for a 10 trip through Ireland, Northern Ireland, Glasgow , Nottingham to see my brother from another mother and then fly out of London. I was very happy with how the property was and know that my mother was as well. Thank you Bernadette and Michael for sharing your home! It was perfect and my mother considered staying there longer.
