You will find different houses across the community which are still in process of being finished, therefore, workers, materials and machine constructions are constantly located in the area. - Incomplete landscaping in the front/backyard which requires time to be finished. LOCATION One of the cottages at Mauna Olu is located in a gated community with 24 hours security. This home away from home has a lot to offer with beautiful beaches, local snorkeling, and eateries all within a 10-minute drive. QUIET TIME: This is in a gated residential community, please be mindful of our neighbors, no parties, no events, or large gatherings, HOA requires quiet hours 9:00 pm - 8:00 am. PARKING: Driveway parking. No parking allowed on the street and road. Guest Access: Guests will have access to the entire home except for a few closets, and cabinets that we have locked. The Neighborhood: Surrounded by the majestic Mt. We would love to fix the issues for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checkout, and we have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD. — Note: We have a no-pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay. Also, an extra guest fee applies after 6 guests, $50 per person, per night. Interaction with Guests: We respond promptly to messages, calls and emails.
