Uns hat gefallen, dass das gesamte Personal sehr freundlich, proffessionell und auf den Gast orientiert aufgetreten ist. Das Speisenangebot war sehr vielfältig, ausgewogen und von guter Qualität (Halbension).
Die Nähe zur Wagrainer Wasserwelt war optimal (fußläufig, kein Auto erforderlich).
Die Lage des Hotels bietet einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge und Erkundungen.
Sehr begrüßenswert ist der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.
Das Bett war etwas schmal und die Matratzen eingelegen.
Das hauseigene Hallenbad sollte auch vormittags zu benutzen sein.

Fantastic food, friendly staff, beautiful location, wellness area very relaxing (on the small side, but we were in low season so not too crowded). Family friendly, with children's playroom.
The soundproof could be a bit better, during our stay only one night some guests were load (not the hotel's fault).

Zimmer und Hotel immer sauber.
Abwechslungsreiches, sehr gutes Essen,
Frühstück war super, man durfte sich auch Lunchpakete machen.

Klidná lokalita, příjemné parkoviště zdarma, skvělá polopenze s nápoji zdarma, příjemný maďarský personál, čisto, pohoda v místním krytém bazénu aa saunách.
Malé pokoje, kromě televizičky žádné vybavení. Zařízené pro rodiny s dětmi=hluk a křik děti. Poměrně málo místa v jídelně, někdy se sotva dalo projít.Do sauny jen s ručníkem z pokoje, žádné prostěradlo.Wi-fi funkční ale naprosto zoufale pomalá.
