Upstairs also has 2 x generous sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 powder room. Imagine waking up in the master suite to that view - absolute BLISS! Downstairs has 1 bedroom, bathroom and a second living area downstairs which is a great 'kids retreat' or place for a second family.
