Localização muito boa, muito bem equipado com muitos utensílios e eletrodomésticos, água e sabonete disponíveis.
O chuveiro estava funcionando parcialmente, apenas no morno mas não cheguei a avisar o administrador.

Incredible view of the city, very good location, 10 minutes' walk away from a supermarket and 20 from the beach. The property manager Floriano was kind and resposive, gave clear guidance to check in and check out. It's handy that the apartment is in a building where there's always a receptionist - and all receptionists were kind and helpful!
Hot water in the shower was scarce, but fortunately it was pretty warm when I visited Vitória so I didn't need such a warm shower.

O ar do quarto não funcionou direito. Parava de funcionar de forma aleatório e era muito barulhento. Ar antigo de janela.
