Great apartment, very close to city center but (just) outside ZTL zone. You can go to center by foot or take a bus (bus stop is very near). Air condition works great and is available in every room. The host was very kind, allowed us to park inside even if parking was not included. Highly recommended
Parking is not included - if you travel by car, remember to find a parking place for your car before arrival.

Eine saubere, voll ausgestattete und moderne Wohnung, in der es an nichts fehlte. Auch für ausreichend Handtücher und Bettwäsche war gesorgt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter verlief super freundlich und unkompliziert, Extrawünsche wurden anstandslos umgesetzte - vielen Dank dafür! Ein weiterer Pluspunkt ist auf jeden Fall die zentrale Lage. In 10 Minuten erreicht man ein erstes Sightseeing-Ziel fußläufig.

Location was perfect. Neighbourhood was calm and had nice shops and few cafes. It had a cozy village atmosphere. Apartment was as shown in the images. Direct entrance to the terrace from our flat super nice and perfect AC. Eugenio was helpful and easily available. If you need pause from hectic city centre, this is your place. Beautifully renovated building and apartment. Good bus connection to the city and railway station. Rose scent lingering in the hallway welcomed us back every day.

Marco and Eugenio were so welcoming. The house is in an incredible location.The story of the house is compelling and the reimagined property is showcasing new and young talented designers.
