Eugenio and Virginia were very helpful and flexible and we had a warm welcome upon our arrival. Very proactive in their answers when we had a question.
Beautiful flat with amazing volumes / space, cool decoration, lovely view from windows, lots of sun/light
bedrooms very large, great bedsheets, conformable beds,
kitchen well equiped,
big bathroom with soap/shampoo available
parking available
good location - 15 mins from Pitti and Boboli Gardens - 25 mins from Uffizzi - 30 mins from Duomo / Academia... loved the area Oltrarno, very safe, more local (so a great alternative to busy touristy historic center)
Flat outside of ZLT 2 mins from Porta Romana - lots of nice restaurants, cafes, bakeries
great list of restaurants from the owner. Tried a few and all were great
would come back without hesitation
no big deal: flat was on 2nd floor - no lift
to leave the flat / Florence - I would have stayed longer ;-)

Wundervolles Design mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Wunderschöner Garten! Da atmet die Seele auf! Tolles Stadtviertel und extrem tolles Café direkt um die Ecke!

Great location with fantastic recommendations provided by the host for the nearby pizza place and pasticceria, both fantastic!
The mezzanine level was very creaky so when one of us got up it was pretty loud

Great house all in all. Eugenio was perfect host. The atmosphere of staying in Palazzina Maresa and communicating about the project exceeded my expectations. It is a special house and you can feel to good care put into it.
Location next to Porta Romana is very nice also, here you can avoid the tourist masses and focus on more real fiorentina life and ambience, but still it is close to everything. Thank you!
If you are light sleeper using earplugs is recommended in the ground floor. The street is not busy but you can hear garbage trucks and such when the city is waking up.
