We had a wonderful stay at the Upstays Residence in Cannes at the first weekend in September and would highly recommend it. The apartment was absolutely spotless on arrival and easy to find
The location couldn’t have been better. It is centrally located and within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and the beach, making it the perfect base for exploring Cannes. Having a local supermarket directly across the road was also incredibly convenient for picking up essentials.
One of the highlights of the apartment was the view overlooking the Marina, which was a pleasure to wake up to each morning and enjoy in the evenings.
Overall, the combination of the immaculate accommodation and excellent central location made for a fantastic holiday. We would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Cannes.

We had the most wonderful stay in Cannes! ✨
The apartment was absolutely beautiful — stylish, spotless, comfortable, and even better than we expected. Everything was thoughtfully arranged and we immediately felt at home.
The location was perfect for enjoying Cannes, with everything we needed within easy reach, yet the apartment itself felt like such a lovely and relaxing place to come back to after a day out.
The host was fantastic — kind, responsive, and very helpful throughout our stay, which made the whole experience completely effortless.
We genuinely loved our time here and would come back without hesitation. One of those places you’re actually sad to leave. 🤍 Highly recommended!

Con grande delusione devo dire che il wc era sporco e c’erano anche capelli nella doccia. La cucina non aveva gli accessori completamente puliti. Non è presente un appendiabiti, l’armadiatura è inesistente e non ci sono appoggi per i bagagli. Quando prenotate chiedete di precisare qual’è l’appartamento, le foto sono cumulative con altri alloggi vista mare e nonostante nella nostra prenotazione fosse indicato “appartamento con vista mare”, non l’aveva. Abbiamo chiesto una seconda chiave che non è mai arrivata. Alla richiesta del last check out non abbiamo avuto risposta. Siamo stati clienti della stessa agenzia per diversi anni, evidentemente qualcosa è cambiato non in senso positivo
