This was my second stay for a week, once in the Spring and again in late summer.
The property is conveniently located in a very nice neighborhood and close to restaurants and grocery stores.
The studio is well equipped and very cozy.
The washer and dryer came in handy on both stays.
Communication with the owner/host was always prompt and responsive.
The bottom line is I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend considering this property.
The street the property is on is sometimes very busy. I'm sure this is why speed bumps were installed.
Parking in the designated spot may or may not be available depending on who is visiting the main house. It is available on the street.
Because this studio is underneath a garage, it can feel damp and cool at times, which can be corrected by turning on the heat.
I don't consider these deal breakers; these are minor, yet I felt it needed to be noted.

My wife and I stayed here 2 weeks, She felt very safe and comfortable. This was very important to us. We also had some nice walks around the area. Everything was perfect for us.
I really cant think of anything we didnt like, Everything was good.

This property is more secure than staying at any hotel we have used in this town! The Wifi was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer. The neighborhood location was quiet and easy to access. We were close to our relatives house.
We can't think of anything we needed that wasn't available. We liked everything! Close to Fred Myers. Close to Starbucks.
