Well located just in front of the beautiful Kandy lake. Spacious and comfortable rooms. A good restaurant in the hotel.
I Han an issue with my Swiss pocket knife, that disappeared from the room. When I complained, one person brought it back but never explained clearly why it was missing.

It was close to the town centre and the lake. Despite the fact that the room was quite old it was comfortable and had a certain charm because of this. The balcony had a nice view overlooking the lake.
The hotel is on a busy road, and crossing it can be a challenge. There's also quite a bit of noise from the traffic but it drops off at night and the despite this the room was still fairly quiet.
