The place is spotlessly clean.
It's a good location. Only 10 min walk or less from Jardin Des Plantes, Art Museum and the Castle..15 mins ish to Boffay District where all the gorgeous tiny streets with lovely restaurants are located.
There are multiple mini carrefour supermarkets closeby with one in the train station which is a 2 min walk.
Beautiful view of the water.
Plenty of restaurants 1/2 min walk/next door
Extremely comfortable sofa bed.
Well stocked kitchen with cutlery, plates etc garbage bags.
A very friendly attentive host.
Smart TV so we were able to watch our Netfiix.
Very good value for a large group. We were 5 people for 3 nights. Would definitely highly recommend this apartment. Great base from which to explore Nantes
Hard for older guests as it's on 4th floor so 8 flights of stairs and no lift.
There is a not great smell ( I
I think from the sink) i wonder if it is because it is an older building)..thought the apartment itself is decorated very modern.
Some small things that would be useful to add;
Mirrors in bedrooms (one bedroom has one).
The duvets were thin because we were there at start of summer but the evenings could still be cool so leaving a few extra blankets in the wardrobe would be a great idea.
More detailed instructions on where the bins are located (we couldn't find which door it was outside) and on how to use the heating would be handy . These are very small things but just to make the accommodation even better
There is only one bathroom. That obviously can't be helped but just for people to keep in mind if the group is 6/7 people

El apartamento era amplio y estaba muy limpio. Hemos estado como en casa. El anfitrión nos dio todas las facilidades para dejar las maletas y para recibirnos.
Sería perfecto si tuviera ascensor
