The apartment was really spacious - I think it was bigger than where I live in London! It had air con, which I really valued, given it was a super hot weekend when I was visiting. The apartment was so comfortable, and was located on a cute street in an area with a ton of great places to eat and drink. Communication with the host was great. I'd love to have stayed longer.

Spotlessly clean, cosy and very convenient. Lovely eateries nearby, tram stop, cute bar.
Really comfy bed, great shower. Clothes dried overnight. Perfect !
Must visit public sauna walking distance from apartment. Best of the best Finnish experiences.
We had issues with digital entry process....once we got key, easy peasy. Directions for rubbish will be updated. Hardly an issue in scheme of positives !

Closeness to transport, Restaurants and City Centre.
Quiet despite being in a pedestrian street with Restaurants and Bars.
Cleanliness. Washing machine. Umbrella.
Modern kitchen but very little preparation space.
The apartment is on the 5th floor and has a very small lift.
The bed was very hard and the slats creaked loudly with every turn.
No shower curtain to prevent flooding the bathroom.
Emergency number on fact sheet in apartment is not connected.
Mobile number on confirmation had no voice box connected.
