location is good, just 3-5 minutes walk from train station.
it was a Monday and the restaurant (check-in location) was closed. Need to call the owner and it may cause a problem for non-Japanese speaking travelers.

池田町の中心部で、受付も歩いて１分の場所で、キー番号がわかれば受付と会わずに自由に出入りできるのが良かった。

部屋も綺麗でよかったです。
ダイニング(リビング)を中国の観光客が独占していた。
私は使わなかったので、問題ないのですが、使いたい人がいたら気の毒だと思いました。

お安く泊まれました。駐車場があること。
壁が薄く廊下や隣の人の声が聞こえてきました。そのための耳栓が置いてあります。
テレビがなかったので子どもは残念がりました。
トースターや電子レンジはあったのですが、お皿やコップがなかったのであるとよかったです。
