The location is genuinely excellent, right in the heart of the City, safe, quiet for the area, and walkable to everything. Contrary to some other reviews, we had no issues outside the property at all.
Check-in and check-out were completely seamless. The apartment itself is comfortable and well set up, with cosy beds that made for a great night's sleep.
What stood out most was the hosts. They are remarkably on top of every detail. We had some disturbances from the upstairs neighbours during our stay (something entirely outside the hosts' control) yet they took full ownership of the situation and offered a more than fair refund without us having to push for it. That level of responsibility and care is rare and really appreciated. Would absolutely stay again.
One thing to keep in mind: the apartment doesn't get much natural light and can feel quite dark and cool, even on sunny days. We also experienced recurring connectivity issues with both the TV and the WiFi, which was a bit frustrating.

Najlepsza lokalizacja, jaką można sobie wyobrazić na pobyt w Londynie. Bliskość do głównych atrakcji turystycznych miasta, przystanek autobusowy prawie pod drzwiami, do metra dosłownie 300m, woec dojazd dalszych atrakcji dojazd znakomity, bliskość kilku marketów, lepiej i bliżej się nie da 😊😉 W apartamencie czysto, świeża pościel i ręczniki, dostęp do wyposażenia, tak jak w domu, odkurzacz, zmywarka, suszarka do włosów, pralka, suszarka na pranie, dla nas osób biegających codziennie, było to istotne, bo mogliśmy wszystko przeprać i wysuszyć. Kuchnia zaopatrzona we wszystko, dosłownie, nawet fajny ekspres do kawy. Przyjeżdżając wcześnie rano, mogliśmy zostawić swoje bagaże w apartamencie, zabrać klucze i po prostu pójść zwiedzać, a po posprzątaniu mieszkania przez obsługę, wrócić po południu. Odbiór i zostawienie kluczy również bezproblemowo. Aaa, i troszkę obawiając się, po przeczytaniu innych opinii, w pobliżu mieszkania, jak i nawet w dalszych miejscach, nie ma żadnych osób bezdomnych, przynajmniej my takich nie widzieliśmy, a wstawaliśmy dośc wcześnie 😊 Polecam 😊
Jedyna mała uwaga to to, że słychać sąsiadów z góry, w nocy, jak chodzą po mieszkaniu, jak rozmawiają i oglądają TV, wszystko. Bardzo cienkie ściany i sufity 😉 ale na to akurat właściciel nie ma wpływu 😉 Możnaby jednak zabrać rzeczy z tej świetnej dużej szafy w sypialni, żeby goście mieli gdzie schować swoje rzeczy, ubrania i bagaże, bo niestety te u nas musiały być głównie na podłodze lub stoliku, ale oczywiście można się do tego przyzwyczaić 😉 to tyle... I tak polecam 😊
