Good value apartment in an excellent quiet location near Covent Garden and the theatre district.

3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms. Good central location.

Noisy ventilation system to the rear of property means that windows can’t be opened but plentiful fans are provided which helps to keep it cool in hot weather.

Disappointing! Arrived to slept in beds and mess

Location is great. Apartment size was good.

Arrived after check-in time to find the apartment had not been cleaned after previous guests. It looked like someone had literally just showered before we got there. We contacted the host before check in time to say we had arrived in London early and were ready to check in as soon as the apartment was ready and told we could go early to drop off luggage but as we were tired we decided to grab a drink and wait until check in time. It took 2.5 hours after check in time before it was ready. Poor communication regarding the whole matter as I had to follow up with them while we waited nearby to get in to the apartment. Quite a lot of faulty things like blinds, electric switch, blinds, door handle, toilet roll holder hanging off wall, only very hot water in the shower (no cold water). Other disappointing things like blinds that don't cover the window so the bedroom is not dark, stains on sofa and rug, mouldy outside furniture. People on apartments above pinging cigarettes into the yard. The only hook to hang a coat is fitted upside down. Not worth the money! Premier inn has better standards. And the apartment is sooooooo hot. There were plenty of cheap noisy fans supplied but they just moved the hot air about. Useless for trying to sleep. And as others say - no mirror with a nearby plug socket which is a basic thing that people have been complaining about for many months and they still can't fix it. Which show the standard of service and care.

A great location!

The location was perfect! We were able to walk to most locations in 15 minutes.

We couldn’t figure out how to adjust the thermostat so it was very warm inside. We were glad there were fans. A mirror in the bedrooms by the outlet for drying your hair would be nice.
