Excellent price-quality ratio (especially if the AC is fixed).
The complex is great — several pools, quiet, safe and peaceful.
The host sent a useful video showing how to reach the room. Also, the room was ready earlier, as requested.
The kitchen has enough crockery, a hob, microwave and fridge (though sunflower oil would have been useful).
The extractor hood works only when fully pulled out.
The distance from the center and the beach is large, but this is clearly stated in the listing.
Despite all the drawbacks, I can still recommend this place and wish the host good luck for the next season.
2026: The air conditioning did not work properly. It turned on and blew air, but never cooled the room at all. I checked it thoroughly over 4 days. The temperature inside regularly reached 33°C, so I had to keep both the front door and the balcony open for ventilation. I even cleaned one of the two AC filters myself, but it made no difference (see photo). When I reported the problem, the host insisted the AC was working and that technicians found nothing wrong. There was already a review from about 20 days earlier describing the same issue. When I asked for it to be fixed during my stay, the host said it would only be repaired after my departure. Hope the issue is fixed in season 2027.
The room is quite small. There is no proper wardrobe or closet — only external hooks and plastic hangers. The existing cabinets are small and placed high up. The sofa is heavily sagging except for the small section near the window. The mosquito net on the balcony wouldn’t close because the fixing part had come off the door. The TV did not turn on at all.
The shower drain did not work very well.
The apartment was reasonably clean, but there were some traces of previous guests, and the host’s personal belongings were still on the shelves. The table and chairs on the balcony were very dusty.
At night the path to the room is dark and becomes slippery because of the irrigation sprinklers.
