We really enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful, and we especially appreciated how spacious and comfortable the apartment was. Even with the balconies open, the surroundings and neighbours were pleasantly quiet, which made the stay very relaxing.
The only thing we would suggest the hosts reconsider is the arrangement for taking out the rubbish. For guests from other cultures, it may feel quite unusual to leave black rubbish bags directly on the street. Sorting the waste is absolutely fine, but perhaps the final disposal could be handled by the property management or cleaning service, especially since a cleaning fee is already included. Having to walk around the streets carrying black rubbish bags and figuring out exactly where to leave them felt a little inconvenient and unfamiliar.

Het rook af en toe naar riool., volgens de eigenaar door de aanhoudende droogte .
Verder kon je toilet papier doorspoelen

El apartamento es nuevo y con una buena distribución que lo hace muy confortable para cuatro personas. Las vistas desde el salón y la habitación principal son muy bonitas. La terraza tiene un tamaño estupendo para poder disfrutar de ella.
En un muy corto paseo estás en la zona del puerto de Ponta Delgada.
Por decir algo,, echamos de menos algún colgador para las toallas de ducha en el baño de la habitación principal.
