Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Bahnhof Ostia Centro entfernt, perfekt für Ausflüge nach Rom (Zug fährt tagsüber zwischen 5.30 und 23.30 im 20-Minuten-Takt). In der Nähe befinden sich mehrere kleine Supermärkte und Läden, sodass man unkompliziert einkaufen kann, zum Meer/Strand nur wenige Gehminuten. Viele Lokale zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung selbst ist großzügig geschnitten, zwei Badezimmer mit jeweils einer Dusche/Toilette, zwei Schlafzimmer, komplette Küche/Wohnzimmer, überdachte Terrasse im 2.Obergeschoss (mit Aufzug!), Waschmaschine/Spülmaschine vorhanden. Ausreichend Stauraum für Kleidung und Gepäck. Klimaanlage im Wohnraum/Flur, sodass man sie auch über Nacht anlassen kann. Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich eingerichtet.
Die Lage ist verkehrsgünstig, aber in der Folge nicht komplett ruhig (Bahnlinie führt direkt am Haus vorbei, Straße in der Nähe). Da die Wohnung für vier Personen ausgelegt ist, wäre es hilfreich, wenn etwas mehr Besteck vorhanden wäre, Messer und kleine Löffel waren etwas knapp bemessen.

Świetna lokalizacja! Taras, klimatyzacja . I trzy łóżka ! A nie jak w większości jedno małżeńskie i sofa w salonie , lub dwa małżeńskie .

I made it feel like home away from home
Kitchen had all the appliances for cooking
Host was odd, especially with money and checking out time. Very very odd. I wouldn't return to this apartment because of the host. The host was quite helpful up until he made sure I was in the apartment and got my deposit. I was also lied to about the check out time, while I had a sick child with me (fever, vomiting), had to checkout specificially at certain time because "others" have booked it. I found out that was just a lie. Once they got paid by booking, the "nice host" was gone. I had to wander around Ostia (a city that doesnt have much) with a sick child, before going to the airport. Luckily I had a car rented, but this just made the whole "apartment" experience bitter and heavy. The host gave a strong impression of being a super helpful person up until he got paid. All I needed was 3 more hours in the apartment so that I can tend to my sick sister who was a minor.
5 star is only for the apartment
