מיקום מעולה לשהיה ארוכה ולטיול כוכב בכל רחבי זלצבורגלנד. מרכזי קניה ובילוי קרובים מאוד. דירה ממש מרווחת, מוארת, שקטה, נקיה ומאובזרת. מתאימה לשומרי שבת וכשרות (אין תאורה שנדלקת אוטומטית, מקרר גדול, כיריים לא נכבות אוטומטית לאחר זמן, מפתח מכני, כניסה פרטית), מיטות נוחות, שירותים וחדר רחצה נפרדים בכל קומה, נוף מכל חלון. מרפסות. התמונות בבוקינג משקפות נאמנה את המציאות. בעל הבית Franz מאוד נעים, זמין ושירותי.
מדרגות- בקומת הכניסה (הפרטית) יש לובי קטן והדירה עצמה משתרעת על שתי הקומות מעליו. כשהגענו הייתה בעיה קשה של צרעות באחד החדרים ולקח זמן עד שFranz הצליח לטפל בזה (הוא אומנם נתן פיתרון לזוג שישן באותו החדר לעבור לצימר קטן, מדהים וחמוד שיש לו במתחם אבל לא היו בו וילונות וברגע שיכלו הם העדיפו לחזור להיות איתנו בדירה).

I don’t know where to begin, Franz left us speechless with his hospitality, From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, we felt welcome.
The home itself exceeded our expectations, it’s even more spacious in person than the photos show. There are balconies wrapping around the house with views of the mountains. We spent so much time out there just taking in the scenery. Nice little touches too, like slippers provided at the house and plenty of fresh towels for everyone. Location wise, it’s incredibly convenient as well , the supermarket is just a 2-minute walk, and the train station is only 10 min walk,
We stayed as a family of five and had plenty of space and comfort throughout. We got to meet Franz and his kids, and he even surprised us with a homemade cake and fresh fruit from his own garden. Genuine hospitality like that is hard to find. He made it truly an experience to remember , and we’re already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend Franz’s place and we will definitely be going back

Es stand ein ganzes Haus zur Verfügung. In den beiden Stockwerken war jeweils ein eigenes Bad bzw. eine eigene Dusche sowie ein WC vorhanden. Weiters gab es eine gut ausgestattete Küche, ein großes Wohnzimmer und in beiden Stockwerken einen Balkon.

Schlüsselübergabe einfach und praktikabel per Schlüsselkasten und Code. Lage direkt an Skibus-Haltestelle sehr geschickt.
Haus ist sehr geräumig und es gibt sehr viele Schränke. Auch im Wohnzimmer sehr viel Stauraum vorhanden.
