Lovely big property, hot tub ready to go at all times, nice touches such as two robes in each room. Really well stocked kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Fans in the rooms which were great for through the night.
Loved the coffee machine. The owner sent a milkman delivery on the first morning which was a lovely surprise! Owner was quick to respond when we messaged.
Loads to do in the area around the house. Parking for several cars. Would love to return x
Only negative for us is there is no tumbler or outdoor line to dry clothes, there was a heated clothes rail though.

The House was extremely surprising in its size and comfort. The rooms were extremely comfortable, there were plenty of restrooms and showers. The kitchen was extremely well kept and stocked, and the house had everything we needed, wanted and much more.
This house is definetly worth the stay, it is conveniently located not far from York in a quiet town. We were very happy and plesently surprised, and would happily come back.

The property was beautiful and even better than the pictures which is rare. The facilities were great. The kitchen was fully equipped and the stay was really comfortable.

The house was perfect for our stay for a family wedding at nearby Ryther. So much space for our whole family and the property was immaculate and v well equipped.
It is also located in such a pretty village with chip shop and pub in close proximity.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone.
