It is a very cosy nicely decorated accommodation at short walking distance from Amiens city centre
Parking in the courtyard is a bit of a challenge as the entrance is narrow and sharp curve required from the street with other parked cars and traffic coming down

Prima Unterkunft im Herzen von Amiens. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer, eine Küche ( Wohnbereich)und ein Bad.
Alles ist Zweckmäßig und sauber! Die Unterkunft ist für 2 Personen gedacht es gibt aber ein Baby-Reise Bett das auch noch passen sollte.
Großer Vorteil für uns war die Lage direkt an der Innenstadt und der vorhandenen Parkplatz.
Man braucht für Amiens kein Auto es geht alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus.
Die Kommunikation mit Julien war sehr gut und es wurde schnell reagiert.
Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft gerne und uneingeschränkt weiter.
Wenn Amiens dann dort!

This apartment is in a great location within easy walking distance of main sights, shops and restaurants. The on site, secure parking is a real bonus (though it’s quite small if you have a large car). I consider the apartment to be good value.
The furnishings were basic and I would have liked 2 pillows and towels per person and a coffee table for drinks would be useful. My main issue is that the proprietor requires a deposit against breakages which meant providing a credit card number outside Booking.com. This was requested after payment for the apartment and only a couple of days before we were due to travel. The deposit was into a secure system and was only held then released, but I was uncomfortable about the whole process and have never had to do this before for the many apartments I have rented.

Its location with safe parking were excellent
Poor facilities with a tiny kitchen, a tiny uncomfortable sofa and poor storage for clothes. The couple with a dog upstairs kept us awake every night despite our request for peace. They were a nightmare.
