Horrible experience, not reliable, really bad

Absolutely horrendous experience, first time we had a bad experience with BOOKING.COM thanks to this property so badly managed, they sent some verification request that we never received and they never properly answered us via the booking.com message system, they never contacted us, and the day of arrival while on the plane, they cancelled the reservation, fortunately we dound a FABULOUS ALTERNATIVE. This property was actually asking us to reserve outside of bookign.com via RBNB, horrible experience AVOID this hotel, it is not a "little paradaise" at all
