The property was exactly how it was advertised on booking very clean and very comfortable
They were too many flies on the balcony so was hard at times to relax outside, the electrics kept cutting out as we were cooking so a lot of food went to waste also the washing machine was a little faulty

The internal apartment was nice
The biggest issue was the outdoor pool area. There were only three umbrellas available for all guests, which is simply not enough during the Maltese summer. Finding shade was almost impossible at times, making it uncomfortable to enjoy the pool, especially with a young child, and the side of the pool was ridiculous.
Also, one day the door to access the pool didn't work. I called the service number and informed them, but no technician arrived! Thanks to the people in the other block, I had access since they opened the door from the inside pool.
Another major drawback was the road outside the property, which was in an unacceptable condition due to ongoing construction. The road was full of dust, uneven surfaces and construction machinery, making access to the apartment inconvenient and giving a poor first impression. This should have been communicated more clearly before arrival.
