The location is good, really close to the sea, big supermarket and bus stops, you can also get on foot to the historic center in around 25mins. The owners are really kind and we had no problems with communication and check-in. Apartment is clean, spacious and has all useful amenities (although I would’ve loved a capsule coffee machine, but there are other ways to make coffee in the apartment so it’s just a personal preference :))
It is not something the owners can change so it doesn’t affect my rating, but it’s worth noting that the building is not soundproofed very well - sometimes sounds from the staircase, door closing or steps in the apartments above can be heard. It’s just normal sounds of other people living in the building and it didn’t bother us, but it may be an issue if somebody has a light sleep and wakes up easily. Also the apartment is on the second floor with no elevator, so I wouldn’t recommend it to somebody with limited mobility. If you’re fine with those two things, it’s a great apartment for a fantastic price :)

Flat recenlty restored with two bedrooms, we had plenty of spaces. Very comfortable balcony. The beach is very near. Excellent communiction with the host, highly recommended

It's a lovely 2 bed with balcony and washing machine. 5 mins walk to the beach, 15 to the cove. There's street parking. Our host was lovely and helped us. Beds were really comfy and shower was lovely.
The kitchen was small, we managed really well, but cooking, washing up was hard in a small area. It's clear in the pictures. Small niggle.

Lage zum Strand und Einkaufen top! Auch bis ins Zetrum für uns okay und war uns auch bewusst (ca. 30min Fußweg). Preis-Leistung für die momentanen Preise in Kroatien okay. Kleine Aufmerksamkeiten haben uns begrüßt.
Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher Toaster vorhanden. Platz für 4 Personen völlig ausreichend. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Vermieterin sehr nett.
Leider war der Wasserkoche sehr verkalkt. Die Steckdose im Wohnzimmer war nicht fest in der Wand. Dusche hätte etwas sauberer sein können. Wenn Wasser aus dem Beuler gezogen wurde gab es ab und zu ein sehr lautes Geräusch (als würde jemand Schreien)-gewöhnt man sich aber dran. Ein Handfeger und Kehrblech wären schön gewesen. Ein 2. Schlüssel wäre auch eine gute Option.
