The location is great. The outside gardens are beautiful. The look and design is attractive. The bed was comfy and I slept extremely well. We recommend Strange Concept restaurant/cafe.
It is confusing the way it is presented in the listing… Suite 1 is large with a full kitchen and loft. Suite 2 is basically a small bedroom with an ensuite. We got suite 2. It wasn’t quite what I expected from the listing. But it was ok.
There is a medium-size heart-shaped hole in the ensuite door. Not great if you want privacy.
There were no instructions for wifi. I asked the host via text but I couldn’t get it to work using what they sent. 🤷♀️

The cottage is in a lovely central location in auburn and the bed was comfortable. Communication was good with the host.
There were a few cobwebs so perhaps a little clean could be helpful.

Great location near Main Street - pub and eateries. Room itself is very quaint and old world which we love. Great bathroom and shower.

Renovated bathroom with a great shower (but the hot water did run out
Not what we expected and I’m very surprised the reviews are so good. The ‘deluxe double’ room had cold tiled floors. The aircon barely heated the place overnight. Room smelt bad and unclean on arrival. Felt unclean and had dirty feet after walking through the room and into bed. Bathroom window was left open by the host which let mosquitos into the room (we found at least 5!) so I had to sleep with insect repellant on. Stains on the towels. Host did not reply to my messages or address any concerns. Overall felt unclean and uncomfortable. Not worth the money and would not recommend.
