Accesible location, public transportation to city center is easy to access, straight line bus, you can buy tickets in the bust stop. Balcony is a very nice addition.
Cleanliness of the room , mostly floors and objects could have been better. We used slippers, luckily we had them with us.
If you travel by car and need to access the parking when arriving is a bit tricky and is not in the instructions, you gotta park shortly , I reccommend hazard lights on, somewhere in front of the building , find a space you fit , go quickly upstairs and retrieve from the room the remote control to open parking gate. Otherwise after that little run parking is nice. You repeat the trick when leaving , get the car out park a bit on hazard and go quickly up to leave the keys where you found them

Small nice apartment with Private parking. City Center good to reach with public transport. Access a little bit complicated. Got some problems but even on a Sunday we reached via Hotline somebody to help us.
Clean apartment with good equipment for some das to stay
Access felt like an Escape game, to many steps to get in.

The appartment was clean and well maintained. There is a parking lot available on a closed area next to the building. Also it was nice to have washing and dryer machine.
After booking we had to complete an additional check-in and pay 100€ deposit. Although the deposit was refunded a few hours after check-out, it would have been better to know this information in advance
