Außergewöhnlich ist der mit 27’‘ Monitor, USB-C Hub, Tastatur und Maus vollwertig ausgestattete Arbeitsplatz, wie auch die Küche mit Spülmaschine, Backofen, Mikrowelle, großer (1,80 m) Kühlgefrier-Kombi und ausreichend Utensilien voll funktionstüchtig ist.
Praktisch ist auch, dass man nur 3 Minuten zu S-Bahn und Straßenbahnhaltestelle unterwegs ist.

Very well equipped, comfortable apartment in quiet neighborhood (S-Bahn noise takes a bit to get used to, but at night, it doesn’t run that often), very close to S-Bahn and Straßenbahn station, also walking into the city takes no more than 15 min.
It was spotless clean and everything was in excellent working condition.
I’ve had a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend.

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und einwandfrei sauber. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Wir waren mit Kleinkind dort, die Wohnung ist dafür nicht optimal, was aber vorher extra nochmals transparent kommuniziert wurde. Wir haben uns trotzdem gut eingerichtet. Es gab keinen direkten Kontakt mir den GastgeberInnen, aber die Kommunikation per Mail war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Die Lage ist nicht sehr zentral in Rostock gelegen, aber nicht allzu weit von der S-Bahn und Strassenbahn entfernt (damit ist man in ein paar Minuten beim Hauptbahnhof) und es gibt eine Bäckerei in der Nähe. Es gibt keinen Lift in den 4. Stock, was für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität oder viel Gepäck vielleicht nicht ideal ist.
