Das Sonnendeck und die offene Aufteilung des Hauses. Die zentrale Lage, aber es hat sich nicht so angefühlt weil man dank der Mauern und Hecken ausreichend Privatsphäre hat.

Der überdachte Pool (war aber unser eigener Fehler, weil wir das anders eingeschätzt haben uns gerne unter freien Himmel im Pool bewegen).
