Schlüssel- und Wohnungsübergabe sehr gut organisiert. Saubere Wohnung mit großem Balkon für maximal 2 Erwachsene mit max. 2 Kindern. Ruhige Lage, sehr gute Anbindung an Tram in Richtung Stadtzentrum.
In der oberen Schlafetage kann man leider nicht aufrecht stehen. Wegen der steilen Treppe ist sie für Kleinkinder aus Sciherheitsgründen nicht geeignet. Ein Sonnenschutz am Balkon wäre gut.

Jest wszystko co niezbędne do długiego pobytu dla rodziny 2+2. Blisko tramwaj gdzie łatwo jest dojechać do dworca i centrum Nicea i dworca kolejowego. Blisko także sklepów(piekarnia,spożywczy sklep). Wygodne materace.
Patelnia jest zdecydowanie do wymiany. Ogólną czystość apartamentu mogłaby być lepsza. Pod prysznicem była łatwo usuwalna pleśń na silikonie co oznacza pobieżne czyszczenie. Szczotka do ubikacji tonęła w wodzie co potwierdza , że czyszczenie odbywa się pobieżnie.

It was nice sleeping in the attic gazing at the stars and the location was also nice
The attic height is very low, so the head bangs against the ceiling of the attic. It would be nice if a sign is put there saying “mind your head”. There was no house slippers, it would be nice to have them.
