Good location, relatively clean and amazing breakfast. There is a fan on the wall. Ok AC (after couple of tries). Very good price. Nice owner/host, he speaks great English and helped us with everything. Free water refill in the lobby. Nice seating area outside. Needed to change room - staff was quick and attentive. Mama very big sandwiches 1 minute walk! Comfy bed.
Bad ac and it took 2 room changes and filter cleaning to have a working one. The owner even changed the ac for a new one the same day. We ended up at the ground floor and had many mosquitos. Expensive restaurant attached to it. Stale air in the room that was not possibke to get out due to the mosquitos. Gaps between door and window - mosquitos can get in. No room cleaning - but for the price we would want too much 😅 Hard to regulate water temperature (too hot sometimes) but great preasure. No ventilation in the bathroom so the stale air was still present.

Location was great, very central and close to everything you would need while being in Vang Vieng. Also they offer a lot of things at the guesthouse like bikes, trips and tickets. Made my time a lot easier.

It's a very central location, yet it's quiet in the rooms. There is a kitchen available for use downstairs, which I think is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they sell tickets to anywhere as well, including tours and whatnot. Been here for a few weeks now, and enjoying my stay!
