Fab stay but could have done without the hassle

The property is in a prime location for the beach, shops and restaurants. The complex is clean and well kept and the pool is lovely

Wardrobes and all kitchen cupboards full of unnecessary items to the point of not being able to store food items, these were kept on top of worktops taking up space. Towels very worn and twin bed mattresses not fitting the bases properly, only one key for a family of four was difficult on times

Affordabel & great location - but musty, mildew smell from water damage in bathrooms

We loved the location on the coast of Nerja, close to restaurants, beaches, and the Balcon De Europa. We enjoyed the sea view and sun rises out of the breakfast nook windows, and also liked the patio overlooking the pool. The apartment is like staying in grandma's seaside villa, which can be charming. Very affordable.

Upon arrival and for the entire first day and night the smell of bleach was over powering. As the bleach smell finally faded a very musty, mildew smell was present. There are water damage stains and mildew in both bathrooms that are months if not years old. Luckily we were there in March when temperatures were cool so we could leave windows open to air everything out. Everything could use a deep cleaning as there was some dust or a kind of sticky film on just about everything.

Falta de mantenimiento y limpieza. Una ducha muy pequeña en uno de los cuartos de baño y la mampara no cierra bien. Malos colchones en habitación de 2 camas. Llamamos a la agencia y la respuesta muy rápida y correcta.
