Good location, nice apartment, parking.
Overall good stay as for 1 night only.
So many rules and explanations that is very tiring...
For the host to request so much from a guest - property should be spotless. Unfortunately the bed sheet was stained (washed, but had stains on it, yellow....) towels fresh, dried, but had some blond hairs in it... same in bed.
Overall apartment was very sterile, clean. Afraid to move things around, as so much is forbidden or there is rules about everything.... I had to read 3-4 times to make sure I leave apartment in correct state.
Asked for 1h later checkout, didnt get it. Air conditioning making loud sounds all the time, doesn't matter on or off.
Everywhere reminders of fines and penalties if you do something wrong. Also, its abit overpriced for what you get.
